Refund Policy

I want billing to be fair and transparent. If something isn't right, email me at support@cognograph.app and I'll make it right.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period.
- Your data is preserved and accessible on the Free tier after downgrade.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@cognograph.app and I'll issue a refund, no questions asked.
AI Credits
AI credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits from add-on purchases remain available until used. Monthly included credits ($2 trial, $5/mo Pro) do not roll over.
14-Day Refund Window
Full refunds are available within 14 days of any billing cycle. If you're not satisfied with Pro for any reason, email support@cognograph.app within 14 days of your charge and I'll issue a full refund.
Disputes
Payment disputes are handled through Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback, your account may be suspended pending resolution. I encourage you to contact me first at support@cognograph.app to resolve any billing issues directly.
